Jon founded Tilton. He has built campaigns for multiple organisations and led international in-house teams at global organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, British Airways and Caterpillar. He is a former national newspaper journalist and former Chair of the PRCA Council.
Gauri is Chief Strategy Officer at Tilton. She is responsible for developing clear corporate brand positions and strategies that support business ambitions and create meaningful impact. She has worked with global businesses across different sectors, including Ericsson, Heineken, Pfizer and Visa.
Liz applies her sustainability, social innovation and public policy expertise to shape client strategy. She has led international multi-stakeholder engagement programmes, including Hitachi Europe’s collaboration with the Isles of Scilly to establish a low-carbon sustainable community.
Radha is a global communications and media relations advisor, often focusing on the intersection of innovation and ESG. She has worked with C-suite leaders, founders, global corporations, Nobel Prize Winners, and foundations to convey their narratives with clarity and purpose.
Manana is a Senior Account Manager at Tilton, where she focuses on strategic insights, international issues and stakeholder mapping. She holds a Law degree from King’s College London and studied French Law at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Julie is a Media Director at Tilton and has strong experience working across brands including the Forest Stewardship Council, UPM, The Coca-Cola Company and Unilever. Her expertise in message, narrative and storytelling is derived from a career in international media with AFP and Le Figaro.
James is an ESG and sustainability researcher. He holds an MSc in Global Sustainability Solutions and a BSc in Biological Sciences from The University of Exeter. James has also interned at the UK Met Office’s climate change team and volunteered with English Nature on the Somerset Levels.
Lucy is an Account Executive at Tilton, where she focuses on strategic insights and content creation. With a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, internal communications and project management, Lucy is dedicated to delivering meaningful results for clients.

Ellie is an Account Executive at Tilton, where she focuses on content development, media relations, and social and digital media. She has experience in copywriting, design and user experience. Ellie also holds a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Photography from North Kent College.
With over fifteen years of marketing expertise, Chase is a data-driven professional specializing in social media strategy and brand marketing. As an expert in paid media, he provides strategic digital marketing solutions across multiple sectors including entertainment, finance and technology.
Lorna is a journalist and senior advisor in reputation and crisis management. She was an international editor and reporter for Sky News and a current affairs documentary producer. She has 20+ years’ experience in the British Regular Army and Reserves, specialising in all aspects of communications and international engagement.
Bruno is a subject matter expert in innovation, sustainability, packaging, and circularity. He is a valued resource for organisations seeking to drive change and make a positive impact. He was Vice President of Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain for Coca-Cola in Western Europe.

Karen is a subject matter expert in health and nutrition, with extensive experience of leading global teams at Unilever and Coca-Cola. Her former roles have included Vice President of R&D Nutrition and Health at Unilever, Science & Regulatory Affairs Director at Coca-Cola and Head of Nutrition at British Sugar PLC.
